1. Overview

TradeLogic: Crypto Simulator ("the App") is a cryptocurrency trading simulator designed for practice and educational purposes. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (and don't collect), how data is handled, and your rights as a user.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

We are committed to minimizing data collection. The App is designed to function without collecting personal information.

Personal Information

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). The App does not require account creation, login, or any form of registration. You can use the App completely anonymously.

Usage Data & Device Information

The App integrates Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data, including app open events, session duration, device model, operating system version, and advertising identifiers. This data is used to improve the App experience and measure advertising campaign effectiveness. No personally identifiable information is collected through Firebase Analytics. You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

Locally Stored Data

All trading data, session history, preferences, and analytics are stored exclusively on your device using the browser's local storage mechanism. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

3. Market Data

The App fetches historical cryptocurrency price data from the Binance public API solely to power the trading simulation. These requests contain only the necessary parameters (trading pair, timeframe, and date range) and do not include any personal information or device identifiers.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional Pro upgrades via Google Play's in-app purchase system, including an Annual subscription and a Lifetime one-time purchase.

• All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive, process, or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
• We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to verify your purchase status and manage entitlements. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase identifiers (such as a random user ID) to validate your Pro status.
• RevenueCat does not receive any personal information from the App.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The App does not use cookies, web beacons, or pixels. We use Google Ads for app promotion and Firebase Analytics for conversion tracking to measure advertising effectiveness.

6. Analytics & Advertising

The App integrates Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics and measure advertising conversion. We use Google Ads for app promotion but do not display any ads within the App. Firebase Analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

7. App Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions:

• INTERNET — Required to fetch historical market data from the Binance API, communicate with RevenueCat for purchase verification, and send anonymous analytics data to Firebase.
• BILLING — Required by Google Play to process in-app purchases.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, files, or any other sensitive device features.

8. Data Storage & Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

• Data persists on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
• Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data. We have no ability to recover it.
• We do not maintain any server-side databases or backups of your data.

9. Data Security

Although we do not collect or transmit personal data, we take reasonable measures to ensure the App operates securely:

• All network communications (Binance API, RevenueCat) are conducted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• No sensitive data is transmitted from your device.
• Local data is stored within the App's sandboxed storage, protected by Android's built-in security mechanisms.

10. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, most data protection regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA) have limited applicability. However, you always have the right to:

• Access your data — All your data is stored locally and visible within the App.
• Delete your data — You can clear the App's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
• Opt out — Since we don't collect data, there is nothing to opt out of.

If you have purchased TradeLogic Pro and wish to manage your purchase, you can do so through Google Play's subscription and purchase management settings.

11. International Users

The App is available globally through Google Play. Since we do not collect or transfer personal data, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns. Market data requests are sent directly from your device to Binance's public API servers.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves or as required by applicable laws. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the App or other appropriate channels.
